Espresso Chocolate Chunk Shortbread
This is a delicious, firm and somewhat crumbly cookie made from fresh butter, hand chopped Callebaut chocolate chunks and a good dose of espresso. Of course, a pinch of coarse salt and a sweet chocolate smile finish each cookie. What a great breakfast! $12 per dozen.
